  Increased intake of Omega 3 fatty acids can control palpitations of heart, decreases the deposition of triglycerides and cholesterol in blood vessels, decreases the deposition of plugin of fats in blood vessels.

  Increased intake of Omega 3 fatty acids can prevent breast Cancer, colon Cancer and prostate Cancer.

  This Omega 3 fatty acid is found in Spinach, Walnuts, fatty fishes and green leafy vegetables. Another form of Omega 3 fatty acid is ALA ie. Alpha lipoloic acid which is available in walnuts, vegetable oil, peanut and dark green leafy vegetables.

  In our country Omega 3 fatty acid is found more in ilish fish and in other fatty fishes. The Omega 3 fatty acid found in fishes is called DHA and EPA which is more healthy types of Omega 3 fatty acid.

  There are another beneficial fats called Omega 6 fatty acid which have also the power to save the heart. This fat is found in peanut and vegetable oil.

  One thing to remind that if someone has elevated levels of creatinine or kidney impairment then better to avoid ilish fish because ilish fish is a high protein diet too and high protein diet is restricted for kidney failure and impairment.

People might get this Omega 3 fatty acid from market also in capsule form. But before starting it never forget to consult to your doctor once.
